From Slow Growth to 25K Plus YouTube Subscribers

I reached 25,000 subscribers on YouTube a few days ago, this didn't happen overnight. This is a blog post to encourage other Wealthy Affiliate members, who may be starting a YouTube channel. This may be seem surprising, but this post was written from scratch, no AI has been used or AI isms! It actually is a real-life post and based on genuine and true experiences!
I guess I started my channel around eight years ago, but I have to be honest, the posting was very sporadic, due to having an off-line business that kept me quite busy. The off-line business was also quite seasonal, so I would have busy periods and not so busy periods. However, the problem was that my posting to YouTube was very sporadic.
Around a year ago, I sold my off-line business, which although I'm still doing a few small jobs, it has given me a lot more time and opportunity to spend on my online business. Many of the things that I'm doing are behind-the-scenes and things that I'm building for the long term. I'm still not as consistent as I would like to be, but it's definitely better than it was a year ago. But one thing is for sure, posting more consistently, has made a huge difference to my subscribers, having said that, subscribers are not everything, but it does help.
At the time of writing this blog post, my subscribers are 25,626, which is an increase of 24,900 in the past year, approximately! So you can see what more consistent posting has achieved, but I'm still not where I want to be. I'm actually in the process of moving house, so I have quite a few things going on at the moment, which doesn't help momentum.

I want to encourage you that if you're feeling stuck or you're just starting out with YouTube or Facebook pages, being steady and consistent makes a massive difference. Despite my posting being sporadic in the first seven years, I certainly don't think my time is wasted, but it's much better if you can post more regularly. Also, the more we post, the more we stand a chance of improving and getting better. So remember to keep moving forward, don't quit and watched the results happen.
I believe that a similar process can be used for Facebook and other social media platforms. The reason I mentioned Facebook pages is partly because I have started a few Facebook pages and from what I understand, Facebook pages are working quite well at the moment. I'm actually doing Facebook pages and YouTube, rightly or wrongly. However, I believe that different niches suit different platforms, so choose your preferred platform or platforms and make it happen.
