Sometimes I have to make the choice multiple times in a short span of time....some not-so-nice things happened 'whenever' and those flashbacks have a nasty way of popping their ugly heads sometimes...lol. That's okay, though, I'm not too bad at that game when you 'bop' the popups back in their hole...hahahaha

Sometimes it's just cathartic to hit them back in their holes. :-)

Heather, you are such a beautiful spirit....you help me so many times, you have no idea. I now try to focus on different aspects of a 'sunset' and use it to calm/put to rest negative emotional or mental activity.

Sometimes, it only take one person to say 'try' or 'please'...even a wordless hug.
