Day 1: The Start
Yesterday, I decided to immerse myself in WA and do as much as I could. I joined the day before and I was raring to go. I also think that if I post what I do, then there is transparency for others. I've noticed that others are always curious about how people proceed, what they do, how they do it and what are the outcomes.
I bought a domain name from Namecheap.com/ I have all my domains there and felt it was easier to keep them all in one place. WA helpfully told me how to change the nameservers and rather than waiting the usual couple of hours, to my amazement, the website in WA was up and running almost immediately.
I have much experience with Wordpress but all the same, I felt it important to watch the videos and read everything as I always think there is something to learn. And I did!
By the end of Day1, I have a website, theme in place, An About me page, a Privacy page and another page ready. I have done some fascinating keyword research through Jaaxy.com - an amazingly helpful piece of software. I tried with an old system that I used to use and it just wasn't the same. I checked the keywords on Google Trends and they all seemed consistently searched. I could spend hours there...
I also made lots of notes and decided to log them in all in one place as my brain went into overdrive. I think it will be very helpful going forward to have this notebook as a reference.
Anyway, a great day 1. I've met lots of lovely, helpful people here in the WA community and I'm so excited about the future :-)

It is amazing at how much progress is made here.. WA helps with each step so it is not so overwhelming.. there are bumps in the road, but with anything new that is expected.
Good luck on the rest of your path!
