The Benefit Of Keeping Goals Simple

I've been writing a few posts lately about sticking to your goals and making yourself a plan for success.

Writing these articles have given me a little time to reflect on my own goals and how I am trying to reach them.

Every now and then my goals or course of direction changes but my "END GOAL" and "VISION" does not.

In the past I have become overwhelmed with all the information I need to learn for long term success and then suddenly I am feeling low and comparing my start to someone ele's middle or end.

So of lately I taken a step back and only working on 4 things a day that I want done in my business.

1. creating content

2. commenting and replying to comments

3. making just one social media post

4. working with my blinkers on

I know there is heaps more to do on a daily basis, but right now I just need to get my blog to a point where I can take it to the next level.

Meanwhile I want to do every step of the way properly.

By keeping my goals simple and reachable I am able to reach them and get them done properly.

Instead of overwhelming myself and comparing myself to others I'm just doing what I need doing.

It helps to look at what others are doing,,, but it's damaging to compare yourself and distract yourself from moving forward.

Comparison is the thief of joy and success.

I am now,,, enjoying what I do, keeping it simple and watching my blog grow better than ever.
