I think it is a personal thing as to using a Pen name or your name...But if it is your name then by all means use your picture....
OK rosdzee....Glad to see you are taking action...that is the main ingredient to being successful...Nice going
Here some ideas to move your review site along...I am giving you a link to a review that was done by one of the owners of WA (Kyle)...it is a review site for WA but the general lay out is about what I use for my review sites.
Look on the right side bar of the site and and just below the category that reads "LEGIT PROGRAMS"...you will see 4 titles of reviews that are on this site. They are titled Wealthy Affiliate, Bring The Frish, Chris Farrell membership and SwagBucks.
Take a look at each of these review and notice how they are laid out...pay particular attention to the sub titles...You will notice the Kyle uses the same sub titles for each of the 4 products that he reviews...
The is a Great layout for any review site...It works...

So don't ever be afraid to change your site around...in fact your site should go through many changes through its lifetime.
Glad to see you have an image on your site....with images they generally be set to the right and there should be content to the left...
Any questions just ask..
thanks a lot Ronny.. im so glad having such opinion.. having a sample website to refer to is totally a bonus for me... what about my content? should i create more pages, explaining what keloid scars is, alternative ways for treatment, and so on?
In any review you should put a buy now button at the bottom. As well you want your review to be comprehensive and full of benefits and side effects if any. Also user reviews help too. Many people rely on these reviews first before they buy something.
thanks for you comment David. can i just copy the user reviews i got from amazon, or i need to put it to my own word?
If I am not mistaken as long as you use them exactly how Amazon has them you are ok to use them. Check the Terms of Use first but I am sure you can.

Yes you will want more content (pages/post).
This is where you use key word research...don't just randomly ad content...All content need to have a purpose. With me any content I publish has the purpose of making money or building a list...
