The only accurate way is to go incognito. There are some online tools but they are usually not accurate. You can check Serplab tool, it will give you some info about possible position, and then search incognito to find out more accurate position. But if you do not find it, the competition is too strong or your site without enough authority and Google puts a lot of other stuff in front of you, variant of the key-phrase, parts of it etc..

One thing that's nice about doing a print screen and posting it as an image is Google won't see it as duplicate content, while you still provide the users valuable information. I don't know if benefit is the right word. However, it's not a bad practice.

As for rewriting a testimonial, I wouldn't advise. That would be misquoting someone. When it comes to quotes and testimonials, I would leave them as is. However, you can write your own testimonials and opinions about products and services.
