Here's How to Play the Game
Ask Your Question
To ask a question, do so in the field at the top of every WA site page. It will drop down a list of similar questions asked, and you might get your answer there.
If an answer is not forthcoming via the list, you can "hide" that list, and then scroll down to another field where you can ask your question of all WA members.

WA also has Chat, for quick answers or commentary. When Chat isn't helpful, go for the search field to ask a question as described above.
And the Envelope, Please
You can also click on your envelope (upper right of all your WA pages) to ask a particular WA member (including Kyle and Carson) a question you think they might be able to answer, but try the other options first.

And of course there is always Site Support at the top of most if not all pages.
WA goes out of its way to help you, but like most things in life, you have to help yourself. So much of developing your own website involves asking a lot of questions and seeking answers.
