How do I change my robot.txt? Below is my robot.txt file nd am not sure what crawl delay is for but I know it gives me an error warning, is it a good thing or bad thing, please

I believe Crawl-delay is only usable by certain search engines (not Google). You may get errors in that case. Don’t worry too much, it will just be ignored.
How did you create the robot.txt file in the first place?

Am paying for google ads but I would like to get free traffic as well, any recommendations?
You can post on Traffic Exchanges like LeadsLeap, which is quite popular. You will need to surf ads to get yours viewed but it's free.
If you take that route, you will find many more Traffic Exchanges out there. Only use the ones that give you a secure signup.
You may message me if you would like to know the ones I use, but LeadsLeap has been the most productive.
