Simple YouTube Business Model to Make Money with Real-Life Examples
Now you will see a simple YouTube business model to make money with examples from the real life.
In my opinion, this is one of the safest or lowest-risk methods of making money on YouTube because it's extremely simple to execute.
The hardest part is simply doing the work itself.
If you're starting from 0, you can do this on your own to start making a living from YouTube.
Once you have resources to invest, you can hire other people to create the videos for you and build a high-income business.
Here are a couple of example channels for your further research:
- GuideRealm
- HardReset info
- HowFinity
NOTE: You can make money using this method without showing your face.

Hi Roope
Watching your introductory YouTube training on YouTube Short video, I was completely blown away by its endless possibilities for making a living.
My online business interest is in growing a YouTube channel particularly in YouTube Short video for promoting affiliate offers.
My only concern is that I have ZERO experience in creating YouTube channel and YouTube Short video in particular. Are there any support you can provide me with to enable me develop my interest
Your video has many useful ideas. Thank you. Please note any borrowed ideas need to be cited, otherwise, it is plagiarism. Most people know to cite quotes but forget to cite ideas. A good example of this is all the people talking about lymph and mini-trampolines have forgotten to cite the originator of the idea, Dr. West. That is just an example. If you borrow an idea, and even if you add your own twist, you do need to cite the idea you borrowed. Some students lost their college degrees because they plagiarized by not voting the source of the ideas they used. Plagiarism is illegal.
Hi Vicky!
My best advice is to get started with the Kyle's step-by-step training. Kyle has lined out the lessons to get you started on the right foot and keep you on track. He'll help you get your business moving in the right direction, step by step.
You can always ask questions on the training modules to get answers from other members (including myself). You can also send me a message me any time with specific questions about the training or your website.

Thank you for the insightful comment! I completely agree — this YouTube business model is straightforward, low-risk, and perfect for beginners. It’s amazing how consistent effort and simple execution can turn into a full-time income. Channels like GuideRealm and HowFinity are great examples of how powerful this method can be — especially since you don’t even need to show your face!
Personally, I often search for “how to” videos on tech tutorials, content creation tips, and productivity tools. It’s incredible how much value you can find (and give) through these types of videos!
How about you — what’s your favorite type of content to watch or create?
