As age catches up with us we begin to get slower in our paces and our reactions are not that fast, my kids sometimes get uptight to me but I tell them sorry guys your time will come one day


Yes you must learn to listen to your body. Before I eat anything I have to listen to my body meaning am I going to have this food just because every one is having it or is this the type of food I have every day and so on, what we eat is what we are


There is a lot of advice and information Nowadays that can help us to live healthy lives and we have access to this information but just because we cannot listen to the need of our body we tend to miss it one good and simple example is am in a place like a place with any friends' food and drinks etc available I have the money to buy anything but my body needs water a cold glass of water just give me water says my body to me, but I know how about a can of soda if I bought that drink I disobeyed my body

This is something I have learn to do and it has helped me a lot

At 77, I do 100km bike rides and bench press more than my own body weight. It's a matter of eating right, continuing to move and keeping both over the counter and prescription drugs out of your body.
