I'm on my way!

I had a couple of frustrating days lately as I tried to be smart! That always turns out not to be the case....

The point being I made my first post on rolfkbratli.com, and I scheduled it for publication at 4:30 PM yesterday. So there it started ...

Updating the post

So, in the afterrnoon yesterday I went back to the post in Wordpress - without checking that the post was published, and started to work on it to add some more information!

When I was finished I updated the post and went back to all posts to republish the post. Then I discovered that the post I expected was published hours before had missed the publishing time!

Disaster strikes!

Unfortunately, I did not read the small print, i.e. the basis for the the scheduling is the UTC time, and I am at UTC+4 hours! So when I wa

s on 8:20 PM the server was on 4:20 PM, so when I was finished it was around 8:33-8:34, I'm not sure as I didn't note the time, and this was after the scheduled publishing time...

Panic struck and I tried to turm off the scheduling and post it manually. No way, nothing happened. I updated the schedule for 2 PM my time after correcting my clock to UTC+4.

Nothing happened when I checked all variants of rolfkbratli.com

Then I corrected the time to 10:45 UTC, which would be 2:45 AM my time! Nothing happned when I checked.

This morning around 10:00 AM my time I checked again - no result, nothing found on my front page! So then ...

Calling in the cavalry

I notified Site Support.....

As usual Site Support don't delay their responses and 15-20 minutes later I got a nice reply stating::

"We have checked your website and the post is published there, see attached image! Please tell us what you actually want to achieve?"

Whet do you say? The best way is to use the thruth, so I told them I bungled up and apologised for wasting their time on trivia...

Did I cheat?

Yes I cheated a little because I was supposed to write a review of Wealthy Affiliate, but I found that such an overwhelming task to start with that I needed to get myself a trial, like the child on the icycle with a supporting wheel! -- Now I'm ready for the review!

The moral of the story?

Is there a moral of the story? No, not really, other than don't try to do something yo're not qualified for, as I still don't understand how the post got published!

However, that aside - I'm on my way on this wonderful journey towards success .... and I have followed the instructions of making relevant content according to my key phrase.
