Is a possible goal to turn our chosen niche into a WA?

What i mean by my question is that... WA seems to me to be a niche website for people who want to learn how to make money with affiliate marketing. Kyle & Carson have obviously built it into the powerhouse it is now. But when they started... it might not have been any bigger or fancier then some of our own personal niche sites. So if that is true... Could any of us take WA as the example and slowly start to build a community, courses, training etc around our own niches? In my case... that's

Its hard to believe that i joined WA less then a week ago and now I have a decent enough site to show people. Im way past where i thought i could be so far. Between the awesome training, easy web builder tools, all the free wordpress plugins, and the super sense of community and support here... things moved faster then i thought possible. 3 Days in. Cant believe how much im learning
