Summer walks in the park .
On a beautiful day when the sun is shining bright it often reminds us that summer will not last forever .
Walking is good for our health and keeps us fit and healthy ,especially as we need fresh air nowadays due to wearing a mask more often than not.
A daily brisk walk can help you live a healthier life.
It can help us maintain a healthy weight. Prevent or manage various health conditions, like heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
A good long distance to walk everyday is 10,000 steps which is approximately five miles per day and quite beneficial for those who sit at a desk all day. It works out to about an hour a day.
Walking also reduces belly fat and other extra fats in our body.
Although too much walking may be harmful, as evidence suggests that there may be an optimum level of exercise and doing too much of it may be harmful. Even 15 minutes of exercise a day is said to increase life expectancy by three years.
It is the best way to improve the overall health.
So just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen the bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and make our body strong and fit.
Its great to see the birds chirping in the trees , dogs taking a walk and the best part is the beautiful nature we get to admire on the way.
