APHANTASIA - The inability to visualize on command. A picture is NOT worth a 1,000 words!

The following link is to an article regarding Buddism and Aphantasia. I found it very comforting as I always found the written novel much more fulfilling than the movie of the same name. Being one of 3 - 5% of indivduals who can not visualize outside of dreams or using LSD, I was concerned that I could not visualize on command and was missing out when it came to developing meditation skills.

After reading this article, I consider Aphantasia a a unique and valuable skill.
