Want to transfer a Google+ page from a old Google+ account to your new account

Log into your old account and go to Home / pages, click on manage page. Add yourself (new account) as a manager. Come back in two weeks and you can transfer ownership to your new account.

Hope this helps out others as I have had 2 pages I have been wanting to transfer over to my new google+ account I use for websites.
