I would expect just leaving them there, just as Roland mentioned they can become a source of information in the future.

I have seen "old" questions lead to great and informative discussions months later! Keep putting new questions but leave the old ones.

And please keep your question online, don't delete it, because the answers can be very helpful for others in the future:)

It can be quite annoying, people continue answering even when it is obvious that you have received your answer. Just 'like' it and eventually it will stop.

No need to "stop the answers".
People will stop answering to it by themselves, when they see that the question has been answered.

But people who have the same problem might find your question in the search and therefore the answer to it as well.

Search bar should be available as one of widgets. So go to Appearance, Widgets and see if you have one available, then just drag it to the widget menu on the right.

Just go down to themes and you can select from the few available or use the search bar.
