Hi Lynnette, the training here at WA is excellent for beginners. You just need to go at your own pace and follow the training step by step.

Please let us know where you are trying to transfer the domain name from i.e was it www.namecheap.com or www.godaddy.com. These are just examples of companies where you can buy domain names from. It may be another company that you got the domain name from.

What company did you use to set up your domain name? It's pretty straight forward in the training. Have you done the training on it yet?

I have not done this yet... that is one thing i need to learn myself. I did some snooping BUT
. I dont know the technicalities of how to do that. I... need to do more research on it and get back to you when possible.
I know a bit about using ftp to transfer files. but.. ..I did a search.

BACK UP three times, 3 dvd, ext disc.... etc.
This info is not from me, and I don't know if it will apply to your situation.
