I did everything and I kept getting redirected to the discussion page.
I even opened up a support ticket to no avail. I found an old reply from Carson to another member who obliviously was having the same issue. I really do my research before I jump on here and expect other members to do my work for me. Some of these lessons are in need of an update.
Anyway issue resolved!

Private message has always worked great for me. If you type" private message" in the Question Search box at the top of this page, several training tutorials will pop up. Check it out.

I have constantly used the private message without problems once I learned where to find the feature. Give yourself time and I am certainly you will experience the same. Blessings

Go to the person's profile and click on Private message. If you are trying to contact Kyle, go to your profile. You probably got a message from him when you joined. Reply to that message or any message you have received from him.
