Hi there,
There are basically two types of links to your merchant's site:
1. Banner or image links
2. Text links.
In your Shareasale account a section on the merchant you have joined will provide code for the two different types.
Sometimes there will be a variety of banner (or image) links - some may be landscape, some square, some tall and so on.
So for the banner or image links you need to copy the entire code and paste it where you want the ad to appear. Usually this would be the sidebar, so you need to add a text widget to your sidebar and then paste the entire snippet of code into the widget.
For text links there will be a different code snippet (usually much shorter). You can use this by highlighting text in your page that you want to use as the anchor text (the bit that's highlighted as a link), click the link button in the toolbar and paste the code into the field that comes up.
Let me know if I need to clarify anything!
Cheers,
Martin.

How to copy my affiliate link to my website?

Hi,
To paste in any HTML code whether it is for ShareAsale, Amazon or even using code to embed a YouTube video you need to do this by pasting the code into TEXT and not Visual.
Same goes for Banners and Comparison tables at Wealthy Affiliate.
If you want to put it in the side bar or your footer for example then you can use a Text Widget and paste the code in there too.
I have popped in a screen shot to help you better.
This is with WordPress Classic editor. That I am using.
Hope that helps.

I have written and publish several posts but only one has been indexed in google. Why not?
Anything you have put On the InterWebs, is ”eventually Indexed” by “Someone”
The more important question is: Are your posts “Ranked” ?
Side Note: I am kinda a geek, and have been known to dig “DEEP” into the Index to find something (ie “Well Past” the first - or first hundred? - Google Responses) ... But, Most folk looking for something will never venture past the First Page .. so Unless your page/post/site is is listed/Ranked on the First Page (first 10 non-ad, non-promoted listings) it will probably never be seen)
I’ve noticed that my content that gets indexed usually has the low hanging fruit keyword mentioned about four times. You don’t want to keep saying it over and over again.
They should sound natural and not forced.
Also you should have at least 1000 or more words written.
You should follow magistudios. He’s rank 3 and give great advice on this. I can’t remember the name of the particular blog he wrote about getting ranked higher but here’s the advice he gave:
Follow on page SEO Metrics which includes
Meta Title
Meta Description
Keyword in Content
Alt tag Within an Image
Internal links
External Links
Video Embedded
Apparently if you follow these steps, you’re not only going to get indexed but will have a greater chance of ranking higher in Google.
The videos don’t have to be yours either, they can be a YouTube video that you share, that’s relevant to your niche.

New sites take time to get noticed.
I really suggest you finish the training to get the full benefits.
Time and lots of good quality content will give your site more trust over time and Google will notice it quicker.
Get the training done, and you will see how it happens a lot quicker.

Hiya Rob
There are a few reasons this could happen. I recommend watching some of Jays (Magistudios) videos on SEO to double check what you are doing against what is recommended. Robert- also wrote a great article yesterday about on page SEO mistakes to avoid.
Also, are you submitting your articles to google (site map / Google fetch)
Hope these suggestions help you.
Blessings

Please explain further on how to get cash for credits?
Hi - you are unable to create training until you have been a premium member for 3 months.
If you have training relevant to WA's teaching here (i.e. how to use plugin X or using the pro features of theme Y), you can create an actual training here at WA.
As people view your training and like it, you'll earn credits that will eventually convert to cash credits when they hit a certain number of likes, etc.
I've earned a few bucks off of the trainings I've created here.
