Inspiration - Keep Your Antennas Up
Life happens all around you. Keep your antennas up and you may be inspired by everything around you.
I had to take my Nissan Pathfinder in for service today. I came in to my local service center prepared to wait and pay a lot of money for routine brake service.
As I'm sitting in the waiting area, working on my internet business, I'm listening to Dr. Oz on the television. I'm a healthcare worker on my day off thinking, WTH... I can't get away from this medical stuff...LOL.
As I listen to the program, my brain starts to turn and a big idea inspires me.
I start to visualize my website/blog as a TV program. Dr. Oz is nothing but a website in audio/visual format. He spends an hour talking about a few compelling topics that helps educate his audience and provides simple, easy to follow, solutions to common health concerns.
On today's show they discussed...
- Methods on how to prevent the common cold & flu
- How yoga can prevent illness
- Home remedies to promote better health
This is when the light bulb turned on in my head and everything started to become clear.
Our websites are simply online programs, similar to television shows like Dr. Oz, that we publish on the world wide web.
The sky's the limit and we can set it up similar to the many cable TV programs. They have commercials and promote a sponsor's products/services. We have the capability to share our affiliate ads and/or promote products/services as well.
