A Recap Of My First Year With Wealthy Affiliate
I have been with Wealthy Affiliate for one on this very day. I know this because I received an email notifying me that a payment has been made to automatically renew my annual membership of Wealthy Affiliate. I thought that it might be good to evaluate where I am at as of today.
I have been practicing affiliate marketing for a few years before joining Wealthy Affiliate but had no success. When I discovered Wealthy Affiliate, I thought that I would give it a try. I am not sorry. I have been working on my site now and have almost finished my Certification course. I am half way through the final Course 5. I work slowly which is why I am not finished yet. I have been on hold for a little while because I was in the hospital with heart problems. Hopefully, I am OK now.
My website is about tips for travelers. I love to travel and chose this as my niche. I am not posting my website address here because I think it may be a violation of the rules, but you can look at my profile page to find the link to the site if you are interested in viewing it.
I have not made any money yet. There were a few sales but not enough to receive a check. I do not give up easily. I still feel that success could be just around the corner. My biggest problem is to continue to find things to write about. I google the website looking for ideas but still do not get enough ideas. This slows me down but does not stop me. When I do get an idea, it takes me some time to research what I need to know in order to write an article that is informative. Then I need to research keywords to find one that works using the tools provided by Wealthy Affiliate.
An asset that is helpful is the wonderful support provided by all the members of Wealthy Affiliate. It has gotten me through some difficult moments. The advise given has sometimes led to adding plugins. My analysis says that I now have too many plugins. I will have to fix that and still find ways to address my original problems. Perhaps I may need a different theme.
I do not give up easily and gladly paid the renewal of the Wealthy Affiliate membership. I look forward to the next year of blogging and hopefully I will start making some money. When I finish the certification course and improved the rating of my website, I may then look to the members for ideas on how to improve the site if it is still needed. Needless to say, I am always willing to help others as well. I also will plan to improve my ranking in Wealthy Affiliate. Thanks to all the members for all the help that has been given to me.
