What Do you Plan For Each Day?
Well my FIRST WA blog post!! Why have I not done this before .... good question - we all get busy but busy productive or busy wasting time?
BUT sometimes you just need that “mind” free time to let the thoughts come and go, IF you try to be busy and productive it just sometimes doesn’t happen, even if you love what you do it can be a challenge to be content with the “push push”.
I find it’s like working out, some days you think too much about the .... Hmm I need to do my work out BUT I will wait 10 mins then the 2nd voice starts to talk ... leave it till later then you say hmm I don’t know ... the only way is to just start.
This is the same with writing, finding good images, making a list of what you need to ACCOMPLISH today etc. however that little bit of “down time” can still help you recharge and be productive - I hope - it does for me. I am a “always want to be busy” sort of person but sometimes that can be unproductive.
Anyway do your “thing” today and everyday but keep your eye on the goal and a little bit everyday will get you there.
