Many times, we do things just to do things. We don't measure what we are doing. And without measuring, you can't improve.
Your rank here is a great thing you can use as a measuring stick. It's your ability to show up on the platform relative to everyone else. What does that mean, if someone overtakes your rank, then someone else is doing more than you, so you need to go comment on posts, watch trainings and basically interact within the platform. If you overtake someone else, that person is probably slacking or not keep their eye on the ball.
The name of the game is who is gonna be the last person standing. Majority of the people quit.
