Doubling Down: 90 Days, One Project, Full Focus
Kyle’s recent announcement of the 4-month WA challenge—50 sales for a trip to Vegas—is exciting, and the commissions are tempting. But I’m not getting distracted.
Instead, I’m taking a leaf from Steven Bartlett's video (his “post every day for 90 days” approach) and applying the same logic to building a niche site. The idea is simple: commit fully to posting everyday for 90 days to generate momentum faster than spreading focus across multiple things. Although, he's talking about social media, but I'm sure it can be applied to a WP site too.
I’m really liking the look of the new structure for the core training and the individual communities. I can see applying the 90-day, full-focus principle to traffic generation platforms too—one platform at a time, whether it’s Pinterest, Facebook, or another platform, using the training and prompts to help propel the website.
I may not hit 50 WA sales through the Vegas Challenge or WA Bootcamp, but I hope to make a serious dent in getting 50 affiliate commissions from my niche site before Christmas—and more importantly, build lasting traction to scale from.
Here’s to focused action, momentum, and seeing what 90 days of full attention can do.
Where’s your focus for the next 90 days? Finishing 2025 strong, working toward 2026 goals, or juggling a bit of both?

Great, Robert. I'll take a look at the Steven Bartlett video - thanks for the link. I watched one about health the other day that was recommended by Mel Waller and it was amazing. So I am looking forward to watching this one - and attempting to do the same as you. I am just learning Pinterest. What I have done so far is whenever I've created a new blog I put up a Facebook post at the same time. I will now create Pinterest Boards - they last longer than Facebook posts. Just need to learn a bit more about it.
All the best. Talk soon.
Nice one Isabella and yeah, I'd reckon Pinterest will do a lot better than Facebook. Things go invisible on there fast. For the video, the most relevant I think is around the 27 minute mark. Should have put a word of caution beside that link - there's some sweary words now and then.
Thank you. Will watch today while preparing dinner - makes the veg chopping and potato peeling more interesting. I🙂
We're going to have a casserole tonight. I have lots of veggies that need using up. Going to pick a couple more courgettes and spinach from the garden today as well, so need the fridge space for those. Podcast will be perfect.

Focus and Consistency is Mandatory for Success (IMO)
However, it is DIFFICULT. Especially, as an individual Solopreneur. It’s SO easy to get distracted, bored or lazy.
Having a daily routine and a partner or ally to keep us on track is VERY helpful.
I’d love to have a core group of 7 (seven) the meet daily and take actions towards a common goal. Only about 5-10 minutes a day.
The difficulty comes in when “life” gets in the way, and hinders or stops momentum.
Daily Dose to VEGAS BABY
You're so right there Brad. Sure is DIFFICULT! I'm finding it easier to focus exclusively on the text content. I figure it's better to get content out there, indexed, see what hits, then beautify it with images later.
I love your idea of allies - like accountability buddies. There's folks from all over the globe. Might even be something that could be done here. Just need folks on the same time zone, or at least not too far apart that some would need to be awake in the middle of the night.
And, yeah, when 'life' hits, it's a roller coaster of a ride to get back into the swing of things.
