How I make it better in the midst of the storm.

There are times when I find myself in a bad place. My thoughts are not the same as when I am in my good place. I find myself acting out behind the negative thoughts. Then things get out of place really fast and I end up depressed and sad. I don't even notice sometimes that it's my perception of things that is not right.

The way I take things so personally in life effects my good place. I noticed this way of thinking does me harm rather than good. I have been looking at this issue with myself intensely trying to stop the actions before they start. I am not perfect in my practice but I do need to keep recognizing and keep practicing how to stay in my good place.

With repetition of this I am noticing how to stop it before it starts. None of us are perfect. We all have our own problems that we deal with. I just want to say that there is a better way to deal with them. Don't be scared to do something about it. If you practice good thoughts that benefit you instead of harming you, it will be bliss on the other side. I only speak from my experience today.

Don't sabotage yourself and your progress over petty stuff that you let your subconscious run away with. Be persistent. Fight back. You can choose to turn it around. Hit the brakes and remember what you are grateful for. It will help you remember what or who you are here for. I love myself to do better for me first so that I can be able to spread that love all around me.

This is what helps me stop it before I act out. I want to show that love wins every time. I know there are many other ways to stop negative thinking. I also know with love all those ways are possible. This is one way I make it better in the midst of the storm. What ever works for you, use it. It works when you work it.

I refuse to let things affect my good place. I will not hype things up to be what they are not. I will not dwell in depression or failure. I will be steady in my journey. Staying level-headed and strong in life's stormy waves and focused in my reward. Trusting that nothing, absolutely nothing will stand in the way of my dreams to be a better person for everyone. Thanks for listening and I hope this helps someone.

Dedicated to my wife Ana,

Robert
