Creating my Online Business Plan

Creating my online business plan has been my focus this week. I have struggled with this some this week.

My initial plan was to start out doing affiliate marketing, building a list, and promoting to my list. I would eventually market my own products on these niches along with affiliated products.

Then I started the Getting Started Training and ran into a fork in the road, as it has nothing so far about list building. I was second guessing my plan, as well as my membership here.

I had my first domain set up and the website started, an kind of came to a standstill. I wasn't sure about what to do.

I found the email marketing classroom today and that made feel better about my initial business plan. I still feel like building a list is the best long term strategy to use.

So now I am in the process of looking for an auto-responder service, too bad WA doesn't have one, that would be sweet:). Trying to find one with great support and ease of use, because I am a technical turd and can't outsource it.

So I think my initial plan is still the one for me, now I just have to buckle down and "become the rock the river can not wash away". I will be back at it Monday after work, I try and keep Sunday for the Lord.
