yes you can Ron. However a password is very important and it should be secure in fact very secure. If someone can hack your site and get into it they can do anything including deleted or delete your affiliate links in fact anything they like. A better solution would be to use lastpass.com to remember your passwords.
To change your passwordgo to your dashboard open user and scroll down the page at the bottom there is an option for a password reset
