Where is it found? Would be easier to find if it was just a support link at the top of the page.
Under Tools in the left column, see Websites & Hosting. Click and on the top right of the screen click Site Support.

Can someone please tell me how to send a support ticket?

when you go to the support link, skip all the stuff at the top because it tries to encourage you to ask int eh community first https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support so ignore the three optoins at the top that say blog post live chat or ask a question, and go right below that
where you choose your domain, choose your problem, fill in the details and make sure you hit SUBMIT THIS REQUEST!
if you click anything else it will put your stuff out in the community instead of sending a ticket to support
