I have been in IT for 20 years. Back in the 20th century when you had to dial into the Internet there seemed to be so much training available. Now it was still "in person" training because the infrastructure was not in place on the Internet to handle video. Most jobs in the 21st century, regardless of industry, give you a welcome letter to the company via email, a couple of PowerPoints to review and then boom; throw you to the wolves. You may be able to get a couple of questions answered in the first day or two from some colleagues but you are on your own after that.

Wealthy Affiliate is the anomaly in the 21st century. The active community that welcomes you from the minute you sign up to the extensive multiple week training is second to none. The combination of the live feed with a searchable question history as well as messaging capability sitewide makes it truly a university. It is no wonder that WA continues to bring several new members daily to its vibrant community. Also, the people that truly want to run their own business are here to stay because this is where you can make it happen.
