It is all about the support
I have been in IT for 20 years. Back in the 20th century when you had to dial into the Internet there seemed to be so much training available. Now it was still "in person" training because the infrastructure was not in place on the Internet to handle video. Most jobs in the 21st century, regardless of industry, give you a welcome letter to the company via email, a couple of PowerPoints to review and then boom; throw you to the wolves. You may be able to get a couple of questions answered in the first day or two from some colleagues but you are on your own after that.

Wa is an anomoly and it's because of the overdose of plusses here that a lot of people think if it's too good to be true it's because it's too good to be true......therein lies our battle half the time!
