Almost 2 Weeks

So I'm just about 14 days into working through all that WA has to offer. What have I hit? A roadblock? A speed bump? Nope just a hurdle. Time.

For the past 2 years I have been trying to get a business off the ground. The key word here is trying. I was in over my head. My only reason for doing it was so I could work. It has been tough being denied work because of a mistake made. I was made to work. I was made to help.

Enter WA. As I stated in my profile, I was looking into online marketing with not much success and the product of a scam. But after finding my way here, I grew in the knowledge that I could do it.

Two and a half weeks ago I received a letter from an employment agency that they would not be offering me employment. No big deal. I hadn't heard from them in over 2 months. Then something happened. I received a call from the wife of my first client. Said they were having trouble getting into the email I set up for his business website. I had set it up over a year and a half ago. My guess is that I was determined to be Spam in their personal email.

I quickly found their paperwork and sent another email and texted my client. All was received and all was good. Two days later I get a text that he wants to meet for a business opportunity.

I am now his personal social media technical adviser. It's a part time, part time position. However he will be paying me a small salary. Plus to top it off I will be designing a website for his wife and possible partners he wants to bring into the mix.

What's that mean? I now have a small amount of income monthly. I am retooling my business. I will get to use tools that have been taught on this site.

I am a firm believer that all things happen for a reason at a specific time. What's funny about that that saying is that it is the same thing he said to me at the start of our meeting this past weekend.
