True Value of WA

I have been with WA for some time now but have yet to get out of the gate, so to speak. This is at no fault of WA but of my own doing. Sometimes life throws you curve balls but over the past six months I have had so many curve balls thrown at me that I stopped ducking and lost all interest in pursuing WA any further. It is the close-knit WA family and the positive support they offer that has kept me going. When I feel down, all I have to do is read the posts and my spirit is boosted. This closeness and positive attitude you experience here at WA is worth more than money. This is the True Value of WA and a perfect example of what other companies, both large and small should follow when developing their companies policies. If you pr provide an atmosphere that allows people to believe in themselves, you will have a happier workforce. Thank you to ALL WA members for being there and for who you are.
