Passion can equal thirst too!
While I have been taking the lessons in stage one, I can assure you that the wheels have been turning in my mind on how my web site is going to look, feel, and taste. Yes, I said taste because it will be focused on my specialties, which are restaurants and beverage service. The passionate message to be delivered through my niche will be that of selling an experience to my customer in high art style.
It will go through several revisions until it is complete and usable. Then I will turn on my friends and networks to play with it and offer a prize for every mistake found. That's what I did when I managed a restaurant in NYC and it made the customers feel like they had a say in the process while it helped me fix problems.
It's better for me to get a complaint than praise when running a business. It means I have to work harder to get it right.
Yes, I know the newbie excitement of starting may wear off in time with the cold reality of running a business, but if my niche is filled with good products and leads, I am hoping that the evolving story with always taste good.
