Persistence... what springs to mind ? Difficulty, nose to the grindstone, hard work, long hours, long term pain, up hill struggle.

Can you already feel the thoughts coming in when you read these words, if not try reading again and be conscious of what you are feeling.

We've all heard that to bring something good into the world requires 90% persistence,

It takes mental effort but reframing persistence as drive, determination to succeed, forward steps towards your goal, giving up is not an option, one step at a time towards the finish line will help.
