Hi Rich,
That means that the recipient can’t accept the message you’re trying to send out because his/her inbox is full.
Hope this helps,
Tom
General speaking that also means you exceed the outgoing quota limit or your mail sending limit. Probably this is your case since you were sending too many emails.

could someone please help

It can be tricky getting it to work with e-mail programs. Make sure you do the following in the Mail application:
1) Go to Mail>Preferences
2) Select the account you're working with
3) Under Server Settings>Incoming Mail Server make sure:
A) The user name is the full e-mail address
B) The password is correct
C) The host name is your domain name (no http, https or www just the domain name x.com, etc.)
4) Under the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) make sure:
A) The username is the domain name only (x.com)
B) The correct password is used (FYI the incoming and outgoing passwords are different)
C) The host name is smtp.siterubix.com
This should work for you. If not, you can uncheck the Automatically manage connection settings options for both incoming and outgoing and set the incoming port to 143 no TLS/SSL and the outgoing port to 587 no SSL.
You may need to quit and relaunch the mail program for the settings to take effect.
I hope this helps.
