Got my logo for my website yaay!
Omg I never expected the logo to be this nice because as some of you may know, my topic is quite boring! Such a fun logo may just give me hope.
My website is called My Internet Quest and it's about daily tips and tricks for optimizing any website. It's so boring, my friends told me they feel like going to sleep with the topic :/.
This is also my first blog, so TESTING TESTING.. is anyone reading this? :D

Hi Riaz. I checked out your website and it was impressive. I agree your logo is nice. How were you able to create the logo? And can you please tell me where or how you did you get images that are under your "Home" menu? These images are cool-looking, and I am in search of them. Thanks so much. - Tina

For the logo, used Fiverr.com to get graphic designers to make a logo for me. It''ll only take a few days and there's so many choices to choose from. Just type in "Logo" and you'll see :).
For the images, I'm using Flickr because the pictures there look more personal and I like! But not all of the pictures can be used though, so when searching, just click on "Creative Commons Only" to filter and that will give you all the pictures you can use on your blog. You don't have to ask permission to use their photos because if they have that Creative Commons logo, it means they will be more than happy to let you use their photos anytime.

Hi Riaz! Yes, your response was very helpful, and I truly appreciate the tip you gave me on images and about the filter. I was a bit surprised to find out you used Fiverr because I thought most members would want to keep expenses low, thus, creating or designing their own logos. Since you had someone else designed it for you, does the logo belongs to you? Or does the designer have the rights to ownership? Hopefully you own it.
Don't ever think your website is boring because you may be the one laughing all the way to the bank, and then your friends just might be envious of you. :-) - Tina

That is totally true, its my driving power behind my website :P. The topic is still a boring one though, so I try my very best to make it look more interesting and fun.
And no problem! There are other free image sources but i still like flickr photos, they're nice. The photo is mine no worries! Actually I only paid $5 for the logo creation, it's a one-time fee and its very affordable. I wanted to create my own but I only know how to use Paint lol.
Of course they will upsell you like if you want the original photoshop file you have to pay an extra $15 but that is optional and you can always skip. I don't really know how to use any graphic softwares so the usual PNG and JPG files are good enough for me :p.
If I cannot find or create my own logo, then I suppose it might be a worthy investment to tap into fiverr. I agree $5 is affordable. I will check out flickr photos, thanks. Glad to know you own the logo.
