Is there a default template for the referal system to automaticaly send to new referals? If not, might anyone be willing to give some advice on what to use for those message?
Leo has directed you to the right area to do this - I also suggest you do just that!
... you can personalize them with photos and wording - let them know you care.
We actually used to have some of these in place, but everyone was using the exact same messages. The best thing you can do is make your referrals feel at home, feel supported, and offer your help every step of the way.
If you ever want to run any of your messages by me, simple drop me a PM with the content and I will have a look Russell.
Your referrals will get messages from Kyle and Carson but you need to set up your own messages.
So click on the WA Affiliate Program link and then at the top of the page click on Messages.
Here you can create your own automated messages to send to your referrals.

If you want some ideas you could always review what some of the others have prepared. You will find a vast amount of different welcome letters and a lot of ideas!
Can you please tell me where to look for those welcome and follow up messages? I haved looked everywhere and can't find it, and I don't know where to look anymore. You say to find on others. But where?
When I suggest you look at what others have said what I am suggesting is that when you go to someone's profile if you scroll to the bottom you will see the welcome letters from those who have been the referrer that person came in through.
Didn't find any...well, I'll need a little more effort to imagine what to write to those who made the profile and the last one.
There is a welcome letter to almost every WA member. It is one of the first welcome greetings they receive when they join!
