What is My Paradigm?
As I understand the word, a paradigm is a set of deeply held beliefs about something. It's the way you see and believe something to be, whether or not it is true in reality. An example of a paradigm is when Roger Bannister broke the 4-minute mile in 1954. Prior to that, it was believed that no one could do such a feat. But within a month of Bannister's feat, another runner also broke the 4-minute mile. Thereafter, the "fact" no one could do this athletic feat was shattered.
A more relevant example of a paradigm is the belief of how much money someone believes they can earn. So if an affiliate marketer believes she won't make any money, chances are she won't. If she believes, however, she will make money and be successful, chances are very high that she will experience financial success for her efforts in affiliate marketing.
But how do you change a paradigm? The mind has two parts, conscious and subconscious. The conscious mind can accept or reject anything. The subconscious mind must accept what is impressed upon it, good or bad. Therefore we ought to constantly make choices with the conscious mind to impress good images on the subconscious mind.
It's not easy. The paradigm will resist the change. Old habits die hard. But it can be done. I work on changing my paradigms all the time. Repetition is the key. Keep feeding your subconscious mind healthy images to change your unhealthy paradigm.

I completely agree and would only add this to your paradigm shift. Along with training oneself to believe that one CAN make more money/big money/tons of money is convincing oneself that one DESERVES to do so.
Great post, Bob!

Hi Bob.
It could be said that there is little difference between bad paradigms and the comfort zone. They are difficult to recognize - change.
Nice topic, greetings.
