How Not to Fail

One of the most important things you can be in life is a producer. Not a movie producer, or a music producer. But, someone who brings to society useful inventions, information, services, solutions...whatever.

To paraphrase the great copywriter Dan Kennedy, if you have the ability to produce, you at least have the potential to thrive whether the market is up or down. If you know how to produce, you can carry that ability with you anywhere in the world and be ok.

As a writer, Wealthy Affiliate has helped me quite a bit in the short time that I've been a member.

I'm not big on accountability groups or social networking. But, I have to admit that WA has helped me develop the habits of writing daily and researching my markets daily through keyword research. These are necessary to be productive in my business.

WA has also forced me out of my cave occasionally to network with like-minded ones who are also building businesses online.

I'm fully aware that my ability to produce is directly affected by the work others have done before me, and with assistance from others going in the same direction as I am. So, I study direct marketing, internet marketing, persuasion, and copywriting.

But applying it is the key. Be a producer.
