Some suggestions, please!

Greetings, Wealthy Affiliate friends!

I have at this point done 192 articles within my niche, "Workouts at Home". This is most definitely an EVERGREEN niche. My posts have included workout tips, product reviews, nutrition advice, motivation, product ads and fitness habits of celebrities.

Coming up with new topic material is becoming difficult at times, though I am sure that I have not touched upon many aspects within the niche - or at least tangential to the niche.

What is important to you? What fitness information would you appreciate knowing more about? I often leave out important topics because my personal thoughts are limited to what I have done or am doing.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Any unique perspectives that I may have missed.

Have you tried Googling and doing research? may be you might come up with some interesting. All the best.

Maybe a comparison between different types of work outs. Or exercise for the elderly like me.
Just a couple of quick ideas.

Well, Richard ... although I can't easily add new ideas right now, I do have a suggestion.
You have a great site, full of useful stuff ... but I found it difficult to look through because you don't seem to be using categories.

If I was taking over your site (which of course I'm not) I'd probably go through at least 2 projects before adding any more posts.

1. Create a list of categories, allocate each post to a category, and create a category dropdown in the sidebar, and/or add breadcrumbs showing the category name. That way if someone is specifically interested in a particular topic they can relatively easily find other related posts on that subject and it would be more user friendly. You might well increase visitor session durations as well. All good for SEO-

2. I'd go through Google Search Console for each post, identifying keywords that are being used to find the article/s and update posts to improve relevant keywords.

That may be helpful, but I am seeking topic suggestions today. What fitness guidance is important to you? What fitness improvements do you seek? How could I assist to improve your workouts?

Certainly there are topics that are important to you and I have 60 years experience from which to draw.

OK ... I have muscular dystrophy so ...
I am always looking for exercises that I can physically do ...
I can walk but have trouble getting up, especially if
I'm sitting or lying on the floor ---
The challenge is that if I end up on the floor I have great difficulty getting up again so whatever I do I need to do standing and perhaps crouching down to a seated level...
At times balance is difficult too.

Then your exercise needs would be beyond my fitness experience and in the province of medical professionals. I could write on the subject of balance, since I also deal with that. Maybe a post on improving balance would be a good idea. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm sure you're right. Unfortunately, I haven't met a medical or non-medical professional with good ideas for this challenge.

Since I’ve not seen your material my remarks might not be of much help. But I’ll say then anyway just in case.

Your followers have different daily schedules. Some may be able yo work out at a fixed time each day for a decent amount of time.

Others may not be able to do this and may find tips on how to split the work out time into two or more chunks during the day, very helpful.

If you can help them to do that, it could add more value to your posts.

Another general point is, do you explain what specific benefits each exercise routine gives to the person? If you already do this, I apologize.
