I am a techy and I admit my background makes me a bit of a tech-snob. I just like to see things done to a certain standard. Perfect is not necessary but there are some baselines that every serious online business needs strive for. So when I see a "new thing" that seems like it's "all that", I don't get excited. I sign up and look under the hood and then decide if the tech meets my needs and meets my standards.
One area where online businesses repeatedly fall down is when it comes to customer service. When a person is trying to run their business and things go side-ways, they need help ASAP. Most online business are not willing or are not structured to provide that level of service.
WA has been so responsive I am doing a happy dance. There were some hiccups with my Wordpress install because I needed to use a particular plug
in and the tech team need to do something to allow that. I emailed them about the error and they responded within minutes and it was fixed shortly after.
I am doing a happy dance. Thank you WA for providing such great customer service.

yes, I have had the opposite experience with previous affiliate company which is what sent me to Google searching for a new home. Have a good night. I could stay up for hours going through training but then tomorrow would be really bad :-)
