Reflecting Vs Self Evaluation

Reflecting while working is a worthwhile, positive engagement. It is my observation that we only see 20/20 in hind site. What we should have done becomes crystal clear to us as we move forward reflecting, and evaluating, Success is defined differently for each of us because we are all different, of course everyone desires to be financially solvent and moreover. However that is not the complete, nor most meaningful part of success, yes we all want to walk out a path to big bags of money, I think what you will do with it defines success more than having it. Maybe this has nothing to do with the WA process, but I think while we are branding our future, we should be cognizent of the past.
