1) Should be easier to rank for. But 2) is a more popular search, but harder to rank for so no guarantee it will get more visits that 1).
If the two terms are closely related then use them both in an article. if they aren't then write two separate articles.

If you already have content on your website then you need to move your content before you change your DNS (Domain Name Servers). How to change your DNS depends on where you bought your domain name. Please add your domain name registrar to your question so we can point you in the right direction.

Clearly they need to be different.
I think you misunderstand the lesson. It shows how to connect a GoDaddy domain name with WA hosting. If that's not what you want to do then please explain exactly what you want.
