Lemon Pickle that I lo've.....
I believe most of the people LOVE Lemon pickle and it is so popular in many countries. I remember from my childhood when the all preparation done and bottled, you are not allowed to touch or eat them immediately. It should be kept untouched for a month, sun dried properly, so the lemon skins becomes soft. Which means, 'IT IS RGEADY TO EAT', Finally.
From the left.....
10 Lemon Cubes,
8 Red whole chilies, 6
2 tb spoon salt and Vinegar
NO 2. BOTTLE**
10 Lemon Slices,
2 tb spoon salt and Vinegar.
NO 3. BOTTLE**
10 Lemon Crashes, 2 tb spoon sugar, 1 and half tb spoon salt,
1 tb spoon Red chili powder, and Vinegar
NO 4. GREEN LEAD JAR**
7 Small Lemon Cubes, 1 fourth Capsicum,
5 Garlic slices, I and half spoon Salt, and Vinegar
No need cook at all. You might be thinking what about the Vinegar measurement, just up to neck of the bottle or the jar.
