You can cancel your membership and come back when you're ready. Your website will be removed from the servers after 30 days so back it up and save the file on your computer first. Full Backup With a Plugin

I can't seem to find the "head" on any of my pages.
It depends on what theme you are using. Some themes have sections in the theme's administration menus where you can add code to 'head' in an overall manner or by page.
Others do not, and then you have to edit php-filse which isnot smart unless you use child-themes.
If you are installed here on WA you need to ask special permission to access the core php-files of your site.

I am trying to get YouTube to link my site to my YouTube account and is asking me to copy paste a link under the "head"
To add within a page or post you can add the html between code tags. Most likely you can find that option in the text editor of the theme.
There might be a way to add to the head within the WP settings. Im not sure about that, and difficult to check it out now since Im on my mobile :)
