Learning To Build An Internet Business At Wealthy Affiliate

After my initial rigmarole here at Wealthy Affiliate which lasted for 4 months at which time I built 2 websites in niches which weren't working for me, I eventually found a niche which I love and am passionate about. It's in the beauty and skincare category.

So, in my fourth mouth, I built a website for this niche and I have since been writing and publishing articles on it.

My Progress So Far

Initially, my articles used to take between 3 to 4 weeks to get indexed by google but presently they take between 2 to 3 days. Also, I have been accepted by an affiliate network as an affiliate and by 6 advertisers in the network. Pursuant to this I have learnt to paste product banners on my website, I have several of them on my website sidebar.

I have created accounts with some of the most popular social media and have learnt how to share my articles there and to generally interact with others there...never have been one for social media before now and so didn't know much about these things but now I do... thanks to Wealthy Affiliate.

My Achievements

I am quite pleased with the fact that my articles are getting indexed faster these days. Though I am yet to start making any $$$, I am confident that it is only a matter of time that this happens as I am committed to the training here and am determined to follow all of the steps.

At the moment, I am not publishing as frequently as I would have loved to. The reason for this is my day job and family responsibilities. However, from here on, I intend to put in more efforts to remedy this situation.

Top on the list of my achievements of recent is the fact that I grabbed the opportunity offered by the Black Friday sales and upgraded to the yearly premium membership thereby saving myself so much money. This has made me more committed to my resolve to work hard and succeed at my business.

Challenges

It hasn't been all success and achievements here though as I still have some challenges which I know I shall overcome what with all the avenues for help that are available at this platform.

I am grateful to Kyle and Carson for putting together this platform, and for making it so easy for me to be here. And to all you friendly and supportive fellow members, I say a million thanks.
