Need help with back up on Updraft Plus

Hello everyone.
I have a problem. I'm trying to do a backup but on my plugin when I pull up Updraft plus most of the screen has like a see through black screen and I can't click on anything? Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or had this problem?

Ive never experienced this issue, but I use 'WP migration', maybe you need to try a different plugin. Jim
