It is always a good tactic to admit to a shortcoming. The trick is in how it does.
I don't know the program. But a short coming of a program like this could be that it's an ebook not a live trainer.
Why is this a good shortcoming to use. Because it is true, because it increases your credibility, because nobody is going to compare an ebook to a live person. Because you can turn the shortcoming into an advantage. It's cheaper than a live person, you can take it with you wherever you want, etc.

Too much red for my taste. Red screams 'urgent' to pretty much everyone. We're conditioned to think of it as urgent or danger.
If everything is urgent, nothing is. Make one thing blue in all that red, and I'll really notice it.

It sounds like you can't make up your mind who your target audience is. Is it someone in his 40's or is it someone much younger? Since it's definitely a man, you can emphasize that and benefit.

In all of them, check your spelling, especially in titles and sub-titles.
