Click on your profile picture, and you get six options, one of which is account settings.

Within account settings you have the option to edit name, username, password, email etc.

Hi - there are no admins. Everybody you talk to in Live Chat is just a member of the platform. Nobody is paid, we just come and go when we have time to try and help.

There are no admins, Everyone is a volunteer, they are giving their time for no reward to help you.

neither will you answer the question, yo clearly dont want my help which is fine but there is no need to ask questions by pm or become a victim

Kyle and Carson pop on ad off all the time. Most help will come from the community as a whole. If you have something you need from Kyle or Carson directly, PM them. They are pretty busy so it may be a little time before they reply. Another option is to reach out to Site Support for technical issues.

i dont expect kyle or carson to reply in a reasonable time, no the community tells me to go to... which doesnt help (referral), and site support just duplicates what "members" say go to.... But after 2 questions on chat thats all i get. Basicly they leave me hanging without saying ill get back to you or i dont know. It takes me a week to resolve something because I work like the majority.

As I said i am still waiting for you to clarify your question twenty minutes after you asked it

now i see an answer acting like their a victim, really, im so ungrateful, i should expect this as the norm.

I'm not sure where this is coming from nor do I know what your expectations are. That said, I've been with WA for almost 2 years now. The founders are great and the community is even better. If it's not up to your standards/expectations, maybe you should reconsider your membership.

So why dont you answer the question

You need to understand that Live Chat is limited to those that are online at the moment. If a member sees your question, has time to spare and is knowledgeable on the subject, you can expect a response but all of those things need to be true. You're better off posting your question either in the training related to it or as a post on WA. That way it won't be lost in the Live Chat feed and more people will see it. Still, an instant response is not guaranteed.

Don't get me wrong. If you see something that's offensive or someone is acting maliciously, by all means bring it up and report it. I just think your expectations might be off from how WA works.

If my theme does not have a contact page but just a empty menu button how would I simply add a contact form?

Ive tried to paste the code onto the edit page content area (large box) and it has no paste button to put it onto

so is this link button how you add the code?

You can create your own page, then use a contact form plugin to add a contact form to that page. Once you've done that you can then simply link to the page from your menu.

Here's a training on it:

Search for a contact form plugin.

After comparing cosmetic surgery and plastic surgery, google trends shows the opposite results of jaaxy. Can you go into why this would be and which is more relative? thanks, R

Sometimes the google search does show different results than jaaxy, I don't know why's that. I myself don't know what is more relevant, I would follow my feelings i.e. thinking what would a person on the other end I am writing for insert in the search bar.
I hope you'll get some answer from an expert here.

Sometimes the google search does show different results than jaaxy, I don't know why's that. I myself don't know what is more relevant, I would follow my feelings i.e. thinking what would a person on the other end I am writing for insert in the search bar.
