My first niche web site
First of all, I would like to thank the WA team and community for the continuus support I have received during the training sessions I have participated in so far and for making my time and expense really worthwhile in developing my first niche web site - https://www.mysportstops.com.
It has given me great pleasure to work on this web site and have the support of the WA team and community behind me lead by Kyle to guide me through the challenges, pitfalls, and moments to be proud of in building a web site geared towards a target market of men, women and children who are passionate about sport whether they are involved in it or just a spectator. I hope that it soon makes its first sale.
I am pleased to announce that I am launching my second new venture as a Commercial Finance Consultant & Broker with access to a database of over 250 lenders in the UK.
I have plans to launch a new web site in July where the niche product is providing commercial finance to Small & Medium Enterprises (employing less than 250 people), Property Investors and Developers in the UK within the first 3 months by establishing a client base. I can also provide residential mortgages if that is what clients are looking for.
In 6 months time, I hope that my website will attract enough visitors to start providing international mortgage lending to customers globally.
