I read yesterday the blog that Carson Posted about WA and its 12 years of life. It was a really nice overview of the effort that they put into the WA program. A lot of “time” and “effort” have been put into a product in order to provide value. And then...just then, after they put all these ingredients, the success is substantial. It looks easy, but...
I have less than a month in Wa and a lot of ideas are coming into my mind. I don't want to think about the success in terms of money(I have to admit that I often get into the trap of wanting the “convenience” of the money, without the “inconvenient” to get it).
I would like to just think about numbers but in another way.

This is a large number if you think in years, and if you want to traduce in hours...is more huge even. How many funny activities could the founders of WA leave in order to work it out the program to put the best product to their customers? I would like to consider this idea. About their effort more than their success. Because even to think of getting their success is easy but considering all the effort that they have been doing to improve a product is harder.
Often I get into the trap of wanting people´s success even without taking the first step. Then I realize there is always is a little thing that I can do, always a little progress, a step or half of the step to make progress. There is always something in that I can succeed that is at my hand, closer than this “large success” that I dream.
Finally, I find many battles close to me that are winnable before winning that war... and is in my hand begin the journey as quickly as I can.
